Run the new SETUP.EXE from Windows or at the DOS prompt type: Win SETUP (Be sure you are running the SETUP.EXE from ACEW10.ZIP) SETUP will overlay the files needed to update and existing AceCom installation. You need only verify the target directory for the upgrade. 4) After SETUP has finished you can use the File Manager to delete the temporary directory. You can now run the new upgrade for AceCom for Windows. *** Standard Installation *** Follow this easy one-time installation procedure: 1) Create a temporary directory to hold the aceCom related files. 2) Extract the files in ACEW10.ZIP to the temporary directory. 3) Run the new SETUP.EXE from Windows or at the DOS prompt type: Win SETUP (Be sure you are running the SETUP.EXE from (Be sure you are running the SETUP.EXE from ACEW10.ZIP) SETUP will guide you along the installation process. AceCom's SETUP is very simple and straight forward. You will be presented with a default directory for the install. You have the opportunity to specify the target directory for the install. You can cancel SETUP at any time along the way. SETUP does NOT copy or alter any files on your hard drive out side of the target directory. AceCom's SETUP provides a CLEAN install. 4) After SETUP has finished you can use the File Manager to delete the temporary directory. You can now run the new upgrade for AceCom for Windows. 5) SETUP will initially add a new group to Program Manager. You can access the AceCom program by double clicking on the AceCom ICON. That's all there is installing AceCom. When AceCom is activated for the first time, a few one-time only dialog boxes are displayed.
